Bu Hizmet Sözleşmesi, Mavi Çeviri tarafından sunulan tercüme hizmetlerinin kullanımına ilişkin şartları ve koşulları belirtir. maviceviri.com (bundan sonra "Web Sitesi" olarak anılacaktır) üzerinden hizmet alarak bu sözleşmenin şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Hizmetler
Mavi Çeviri, çeşitli dillerde yazılı ve sözlü tercüme hizmetleri sunmaktadır. Hizmetlerimiz hakkında daha fazla bilgi için Web Sitesi'nde yer alan Hizmetler sayfasını ziyaret edebilirsiniz.
Hizmet Ücretleri ve Ödeme
- Hizmet ücretleri, talep edilen tercüme türüne ve metnin uzunluğuna göre değişiklik göstermektedir.
- Ödemeler, hizmet başlamadan önce peşin olarak ya da yapılan anlaşmaya göre alınır.
- Ödeme yöntemleri: Banka havalesi veya diğer belirtilen yöntemler.
Teslimat Süresi
Teslimat süreleri, tercümenin kapsamına ve zorluğuna bağlı olarak değişebilir. Her hizmet için belirlenen teslimat süresi, müşteriyle önceden paylaşılacaktır.
Gizlilik ve Güvenlik
Mavi Çeviri, müşterilerin bilgilerini gizli tutmayı taahhüt eder. Tercüme edilen metinler ve müşteri bilgileri, üçüncü şahıslarla paylaşılmayacaktır.
Sorumluluk Sınırlaması
Mavi Çeviri, hizmetlerin kullanımı sonucunda doğabilecek doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değildir. Şirketin toplam sorumluluğu, hizmet için ödenen ücretle sınırlıdır.
İptal ve İade Politikası
- Hizmet başlamadan önce yapılan iptallerde, ödemenin tamamı iade edilir.
- Hizmet başladıktan sonra yapılan iptallerde, ödeme iadesi yapılmaz.
Hizmet Sözleşmesinde Değişiklikler
Mavi Çeviri, bu Hizmet Sözleşmesi'ni zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Güncellenmiş sözleşme, Web Sitesi'nde yayınlanacaktır. Değişikliklerden haberdar olmak için bu sayfayı düzenli olarak kontrol etmenizi öneririz.
